We are currently looking for Cloud Solution Architect / Consultants who can bring a mix of consultancy skills and practical hands-on architecture skills to guide and support our clients. We are also looking for Strategists, FinOps and AI Consultants to join our team.

These roles will work as part of our Architecture service, providing guidance and help, shaping client strategy, solving complex architectural challenges, supporting teams in complex environments and agile ways of working.

We can sponsor new UK DV security clearance which is required for most of our roles. No agencies please, only fulltime applications. eDV cleared position requiring active clearance.

AI Consultant Architect

We are looking for a small number of AI Consultant Architects to join our team, combining deep architectural thinking with hands-on experience designing, building and governing AI-enabled systems in complex, high-security environments.

This role sits within our Architecture service and focuses on helping clients adopt AI safely and effectively at scale. You will shape AI strategy, design production-grade architectures, advise on risk and governance, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver real outcomes.

We generally look for a mix of skills from the below, with particular interest in candidates who have strength in one or more of these areas:

• Applied AI and ML architecture
• AI on Cloud Expertise (AWS)
• Secure AI design
• Data platforms and information management
• Risk, assurance and AI governance

General Role Requirements:

• Experience designing and delivering real-world AI or ML systems
• Strong cloud architecture background (AWS preferred)
• Programming experience in Python and one or more modern languages
• Experience operationalising AI systems (monitoring, evaluation, drift, retraining)
• Architecture experience across high-complexity systems
• Understanding of data privacy, regulatory, and ethical AI considerations
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience across most of the following:
  • Cloud platforms and services (compute, storage, networking)
  • Data engineering and data pipelines
  • Model training, fine-tuning, inference and lifecycle management
  • LLM architectures, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation
  • Security patterns for AI systems in sensitive environments

Role Description:

• This role will require UK DV security clearance
• Work will involve advising and leading clients on safe AI adoption and transformation
• Engagements may include architecture design, assurance, delivery support, and skills uplift
• Work will be mostly onsite at client sites with some working from home
• You will work as part of mixed supplier and client teams
• Full time employment, or day-rate zero-hours (inside IR35) available

Cloud Solution Architect/Consultant

We are currently looking for more Cloud Solution Architect / Consultants to join our team who can bring a mix of consultancy skills and practical hands-on architecture skills to guide and support our clients.

These role will work as part of our Cloud Architecture service, providing guidance and help, shaping client strategy, solving complex architectural challenges, supporting teams in cloud and agile ways of working, and building client skills.

We generally look for a mix of skills from the below, but we’re also especially interested in Architects that have a specialism in:

• FinOps
• Regulatory/Legal Compliance
• high-security
• Big Data

General Role Requirements:

• Experience of building real cloud projects
• AWS Certification (AWS SA Associate minimum, Professional preferred along with Certified Developer or a specialism e.g. Big Data or AI/ML)
• Programming experience in JavaScript, Python
• AWS Infrastructure as Code skills and CI/CD experience
• Architecture experience, including high complexity approaches
• Technical Business Change skills
• Good technical communication skills
• A good mix of Cloud experience covering most of the following:
  • IaaS skills: EC2, autoscaling, ELBs, patterns (bastion or no?)
  • PaaS skills: Docker, OpenShift, EKS, Fargate, ECS
  • Serverless skills: API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, R53
  • web skills: HTML, CSS, JS, static site generation
  • big data skills: HDFS, MapReduce, Accumulo
  • ML/AI skills: corpus management, training, inference

Role Description:

• Work will involve engaging with client teams who are building complex systems, providing cloud transformation consultancy covering the full range of 6Rs
• Work will be mostly onsite at client sites with some working from home
• You will work as part of a mixed supplier team to a variety of client development teams
• Full time employment, or day-rate zero-hours (inside IR35) available
