CEO

Mike is a senior cloud and security architect with a background in cyber, psychology and modern software engineering.

Mike leads Soft Practice’s work with high-security public and private sector organisations, helping them modernise safely and effectively. Known for his architectural insight, he is also an active engineer across Javascript/node, C#, Python and cloud native platforms, and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Nick combines broad architectural leadership with deep hands-on capability in Cloud, Big Data and Security. A core member of our high-security team, he also leads our technical direction.

CFO and Chief Psychologist

Susan brings financial leadership together with expertise in behavioural and organisational psychology, shaping our measurement and change approaches.

Susan has a strong scientific background grounded in her MSc in Psychology, with experience across public and private sector scientific and analytical roles.
